Q. When will I hear back on my application?
Resumes are generally reviewed within a 2-3 week timeline after the submission close date. Response time may vary if there is a high volume of applicants.

Q. I’m having trouble submitting my application electronically. Can I mail it directly to HSSC?
Yes. Hard copy of applications and resumes may be submitted by mailing to:

If I do not hear back from you, should I assume that I was not chosen for the position?
Yes. Often times we are fortunate enough to receive a high volume of applicants, which means we may not be able to notify each applicant of the job selection results. In some cases, we are only able to respond to those who we feel are a strong fit for the position.
