Center for Childhood Neurotherapeutics spins off diabetes-fighting start-up ImmunoMod

The Center for Childhood Neurotherapeutics received a grant from the Food and Drug Administration to be shared with the Philadelphia Children’s Hospital to evaluate the efficacy of atorvastatin for Type 1 diabetes patients. These studies have resulted in a start-up company, ImmunoMod, which develops drugs for treatment of diabetes.
