HSSC's Carolina eHealth Alliance Featured in Post and Courier

September 11, 2019

This week, the Post and Courier published an article about recent updates to the Carolina eHealth Alliance (CeHA), a health data exchange that we helped modernize this summer by way of securing a new vendor. CeHA decided to move from internal infrastructure to a commercial, cloud-based platform called Health Catalyst.

In part, the article reads:

"Ken Deans, CEO of Health Sciences South Carolina, said switching to the new vendor, Health Catalyst, is expected to make patient data more secure. The company can protect information better because of its size, compared with the nonprofit trying to manage the information by itself."
