Data planning, identifying additional data sets and infrastructure to merge data sets, and administration of these complex systems are also available through HSSC. Expert biostatisticians and clinical researchers assist in experimental design, data acquisition, analysis, modeling and reporting, as well as in identification and pursuit of collaborative grants and other opportunities. HSSC provides a suite of collaborative tools and systems such as the Clinical Data Warehouse, Redcap, Palmetto Profiles, RPMS, e-IRB, governance, SCResearch.org, SAS, Dimensional Insight, ArcGIS, and other external resources.
