Who We Are

As the Executive Assistant to the President of HSSC, Penny is responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating the operations of the executive office. She also organizes human resource activities in conjunction with the University of South Carolina (USC). Penny is a graduate of Southern Wesleyan University.
