SC Surgical Quality Colllaborative
The South Carolina Surgical Quality Collaborative (SCSQC) was designed to improve surgical quality safety in the state, by focusing specifically on targeted procedures.
Using near real-time reporting of clinical data, dashboards of metrics and benchmark data are shared with surgical leaders to aid in identifying improvement opportunities and the implementation of best practices with the goal of decreasing complications, lowering costs, and decreasing health disparities in South Carolina.

SC Coalition for the Care of the Seriously Ill
The South Carolina Coalition for the Care of the Seriously Ill (SCCSI) is a statewide coalition that brings key organizations, clinicians, and healthcare entities together to collaboratively redesign care, improve quality of life, and protect the ethical rights of the seriously, chronically, or terminally ill in South Carolina.

NC Serious Illness Coalition
The North Carolina Serious Illness Coalition is a volunteer-led group of health professionals, providers, and caregivers focused on improving the lives of the seriously ill and their caregivers. Created in 2020, the coalition seeks to engage a broad range of stakeholders and their and their perspectives, including providers, consumers, policy advocates, industries, and others, to accelerate the solutions needed to achieve the desired vision for serious illness care.
